Shipping

We ship all BurnCo gear with Australia Post — straight from our hands to your door.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on where you're at.
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days if you need it yesterday.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $180 AUD.

You'll get tracking details once your gear leaves the warehouse. No guessing games.

Outside Australia?

We're not officially shipping internationally yet — but if you're overseas and keen, hit us up. We'll see what we can work out.

Returns

Changed your mind? No worries — but here's the deal:

We only accept returns if the gear is still brand new — that means:

  • No riding in it
  • Tags still attached
  • No dirt, no damage, no drama

You've got 30 days from the day you get your order to hit us up. Send an email to talktome@burnco.au with your order number and we’ll get you sorted.

Important:

  • If it’s been worn, scuffed, crashed in, or smells like last weekend’s ride — it’s yours for life.
  • Return shipping is on you unless we stuffed up.
